Born and raised in Montreal, I knew from a young age that I wanted to work in media. This ultimately led to a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Concordia University.
There were internships aplenty after graduation, with opportunities in print, broadcast, and communications/public relations. Those experiences helped me land a full-time job with the Montreal Canadiens, where I produced and edited print, digital, audio, and video content as a member of the team’s in-house media.
Since then, I’ve written for The Canadian Press, Miami Herald, The Tennessean, NBC Sports Chicago, and MLB.com, among others (clips), covering hockey, (CFL) football, soccer (MLS), tennis, short track speed skating, and more. I’ve also worked the news beat as a reporter for a community newspaper.
While the bulk of my career has been in journalism, there have also been stints on the other side, working in public and media relations. That includes three seasons managing media relations for Les Canadiennes (of the now-defunct CWHL) and previously in the non-profit and education domains.
Currently based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, covering the Buffalo Sabres for NHL.com, I’m available to take on other projects and opportunities in Canada and the U.S. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
